Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing qualified candidates to evaluating, interviewing, and extending job offers. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, building strong networks with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring the selection of talents that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with department heads regarding recruiting needs.
- Conduct recruitment efforts through full-cycle recruiting and obtain internal referrals.
- Write and place advertisements.
- Schedule/Conduct interviews and manage onboarding.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Maintain human resource information and compile reports.
- Assist with driving special projects to completion and other relevant tasks as assigned.
